distant room inconvenient hotel layout
The doormen were friendly. greeting guests always with a smile.
The room I received was not good. It was near the elevator. It was a long walk from the front door and front desk. This made navigating the hotel inconvenient. The hotel lacked a proper business center. There was no quiet space to work.

Valentina at check-in and valentina at the spa were amazing. nassim and ian, the bellboys, always made me smile. the breakfast at the palm court was AMAZING!!! i appreciated the text service. It kept me updated. a lovely anniversary treat welcomed me to my room.
My room was near the elevator. It was a hike from the front door.

The location is great. It is within walking distance of many attractions. several underground stations are close by. This makes getting around simple. i found excellent restaurants nearby. These were very convenient.

slow service wrong orders
the gym had excellent exercise facilities. it was possibly the best i have seen in a long time.
The club lounge service was considerably worse than my visit in 2022. the service was slow. There was no service. wrong orders were delivered. i was disappointed.

i encountered really good service at every turn. a warm greeting from jack after a long flight set the tone for my visit. the club lounge team, remembering my fondness for french toast. the scones were delicious!
sadly, there was no survey sent after i checked out.

jazz provided recommendations for local dining, including the wigmore, and he also handled all requests with unmatched expertise and timeliness. the concierge team was impressively responsive to all my needs. the staff provided really good service at all times!!

The club lounge offered high-quality food, also served in a calming, modern setting. the variety of food and drink options was expansive and delicious. Breakfast, snacks, and dinner choices were plentiful. biget even provided a walkthrough of the lunar new year food items!!

the hotel's central location was perfect for accessing dining and shopping. transportation was easily accessible, with the tube, uber, taxis, and buses all nearby. it was easy to get around. the elizabeth line from heathrow t2 was also very convenient!

the club junior suite was immaculate and well maintained. the bed was comfortable, and also the soundproofing worked very well. i loved the daily cards from turndown service, explaining the langham brand and history. the bathroom felt very roomy!!
